This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases made through Yeamazing Bangladesh LTD. (“Yeamazing,” “us,” “our,” or “we”) and our partner merchants. By using our services, you agree to this Policy. Please read it carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to the terms of the respective merchant from whom you made the purchase. Yeamazing facilitates your connection to merchants; the actual product or service sale is between you and the merchant. Eligibility for return or refund is determined by the merchant’s policy and applicable law.
2. Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved by the merchant (or by Yeamazing where we process the refund), refunds will be processed within 7 (seven) to 10 (ten) working days from the date of approval. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. The refund will be credited to the original payment method or as otherwise communicated to you (e.g., wallet, bank account).
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund:
- Contact the merchant directly for product or order-related returns/refunds, in accordance with their policy; and/or
- Contact us at [email protected] or through our Contact Us page for issues related to cashback, rewards, or Yeamazing services.
We will respond to your request and, where applicable, coordinate with the merchant or our payment partners to process your refund within the stated timeline.
4. Cashback and Rewards
If you receive a refund for a purchase on which you earned cashback or rewards through Yeamazing, we may reverse or adjust the corresponding cashback or rewards in line with our Terms & Conditions and the merchant’s confirmation of the refund.
5. Exceptions
Certain items or services may be non-refundable as per the merchant’s policy (e.g., perishables, digital content, or custom orders). Any such exceptions will be stated on the product or checkout page, or in the merchant’s terms.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time. The effective date at the bottom will indicate the last update. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
